CARBONARA
WITH A TWIST
(Vegetarian)

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
3 egg yolks
Olive oil
100g Cream Cheese
300g Spaghetti
50g cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
100ml milk
Method
Add spaghetti, water and a pinch of salt to a pan to simmer.
Mince the fresh garlic and add to frying pan with 1tbsp olive oil.
Add the egg yolks, cream cheese, drizzle of olive oil and stir.
Add the paprika and chilli flakes.
Keep on a low heat for around 6-7 minutes stirring consistently.
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
Finally, add the pasta, stir and serve as desired with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
